Good Cat Collars?

Every cat collar i get either, gets all dirty and the dirt doesnt come off,
If i get a easy breakable one they dont last a day.

Any good cat collars what will fit my two 1 year olds perfectly without getting full of dirt where i cant wash it off? Or not a breakable one.
Im in the Burnley, Lancashire area, Or i could buy them online.

Thanks so much !

Re: Good Cat Collars?

I can only suggest trying to find cheap ones, so it doesn't matter about replacing them often. My local pound shop has some for £1, I bought one today for Cuba, it's shiny metallic gold colour studded with little "diamonds" and a gold bell - looks totally fabulous against her white coat, so she is now officially Queen Cuba of Milton! And she deserves the title after bringing up 6 wonderful kittens so well.

Just make sure the collars have an elastic insert - I saw some in a pound shop that didn't, and were therefore potentially dangerous.

Re: Good Cat Collars?

We bought a Pets at Home's own brand collar. It's nylon (durable), it's cute (It says 'Boss' all over it!) and it's got the safety buckle. It was about £3, bargain

Re: Good Cat Collars?

I have to admit I only buy collars with the safety catch/buckle thing! Theo is a bit of an idiot and is forever getting stuck in things in the house so I had to make sure that he can get away if needed without strangling himself - he still manages it though!!! He got stuck in a paper bag this morning (his favourite toy!!) and had his head through the handle. He woke me up to help him get it off

Re: Good Cat Collars?

I have a collar similar to mlynnc's. Also from pets at home but it's pink and white.

Let me try and find a pic... Seems they don't sell it anymore, shame but here's a pic of Cotton wearing it

hmm it's not a very good one, sorry mine is also quick release!
