So sorry that you have lost your puss. I completely understand how you feel about the vets, my vets recently did something that made me want to complain, absolutely nowhere near as serious as what has happened to you, but pretty upsetting at the time, and to begin with I really wanted to make an official complaint. However, after a day or two's reflection, I realised that I didn't have the strength to pursue it and in any case the vets were revising their version of events to show themselves in a better light in case I complained so I realised the odds were stacked against me and there was no point in taking it further. If you get another pet in the future it would be a good idea to change vets, that's what I am thinking of doing with my animals once my dog's treatment is over. All best wishes to you both.
