Both males and females can have that sagging Fat Pad. It does not necessarily mean they are fat though. (I call it the Udder, ha)
For instance my one cat had hers when she came here from the shelter as a skinny 6 month old. Now she's almost six years old, and still has it, though she is not overweight and gets vigorous exercise every day. Now another female, a rescued stray who had at least three litters before she came to me, has a funny pot belly, but no udder at all, her underside is very tight. She also is not overweight. My current Red Boy cat is very slim, no udder, but my last Red Boy did have a slight udder. Each cat is different. ![]() |

Thanks for your replies guys ... it is good to know there are some more saggy bellies out there. Lol. Bella is 7 months and hasnt been speyed yet due to her being on meds for ringworm. Am going to vets on Friday and will get her weighed just to make sure she hasnt lost weight
