Re: cat beds

My cats LOVE their radiator bed, I wasn't sure they would as they never really sleep in any of the beds I buy and curl up by my feet in bed instead, but they love it and it has been worth every penny.

In winter when the radiators are on the bed is sooo warm that I have been tempted to climb in myself

Re: cat beds

A radiator cat bed for the winter sounds like a good idea.
Sapphire likes to sit on top of the radiator at the moment - she never sleeps in the cat bed I bought which was from pet supermarket. (Although it looks very comfy and warm and fleecy.) Rocky however does use it sometimes so it wasn't a total waste.

Re: cat beds

Just received new Leika bed from the Zooplus webside that Biawhiska posted. I am very pleased with it (very soft and furry and looks great in my lounge) but Theo and Bella much prefer the box it came in. I have turned it on its side like a little house and they sit in it looking out, which makes me think I should have got an enclosed bed for them (igloo type) ... or saved my money and found an old box

It's always a dilemma between what looks nice to us and what the animals like, as you say, cardboard boxes. Some of the furry igloos look great, I'm tempted to buy one, trouble is there's no room for any more beds in the house.
