purplerain is on a distinguished road
Re: Cat farm???

Sadly Kitten farms do exist just like puppy farms, its wrong and i dont understand how they are not punished or banned from keeping animals but unfortunately they get away with it.

It does sound like she is trying to buy and sell them for a profit, if she is doing this all the time then i think she should be reported to the RSPCA especially if she is claiming that the cats she is "rescuing" have been spayed/neutered and clearly havent.

I also know of pet shops who have been getting kittens that have been doing the same thing they are far to young to be away from their mother and selling them on as 7 week old kittens. The shop i went into had them and they were clearly far to young and couldnt even eat their food properly, i bought them just because i couldnt bare to leave them there then i reported them to the council as told by the RSPCA and they have had a warning. Thankfully my late bengal girl took them under her paw and they are now happy and healthy with a couple of my friends and it turned out they were only 3 weeks old when i got them.
