Homemade Cat Toys!
With reference to the other thread... This is what I made for Cuba's kittens the other day.
I was passing a small local crafts shop and dived in, looking for anything suitable. For £1.10 I came home with some different coloured pipecleaners, a ball made of "compressed cotton", a couple of pompoms and a small expanded polystyrene ball (which the kittens have stashed somewhere).
From left to right: Compressed cotton ball; various spiders made from pipecleaners! Yellow fluffy pompom (they love this); Wooly pompom, which is attached by some bouncy thin elastic to the roof of the kitten pen for a lot of batting and capturing fun!
