Kitten Problems

Hiya

My 9 week old kitten spent all last night being sick, but inbetween the bouts he was jumping around and being really active. I am concerned that he was eating some of my older cat's food. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

Re: Kitten Problems

Alfie does that.. it's usually because of hairballs... so alot of grooming required!

Alfie tends to eat really quick and forgets to chew his food so that comes back up!

If he is eating your cats food that could also be making him sick if it's too rich so you will have to try and keep him away from it.

Could also be worms so check when he was last wormed!

If he is bright and lively he should be ok, what are his poo's like?

Re: Kitten Problems

If he has'nt been wormed, it could be worms or as already said, the other cats food is too much for his little tummy. If he's lively and running about I would'nt be too worried. Kittens do go downhill very quickly so just keep an eye out....which i'm sure you do anyway
Good Luck with him
