Re: litter

We use wood based in most of the trays and crystal in a couple.

We've tried most but these are the ones that have been best for us.

Re: litter

the breeder has been using that one, so i guess it's better to stick to the paper one for now until he settles in

Re: litter

I used to use Tesco's basic range because I thought it was cheap, but I did find it dusty & it did need changing quite frequently.
I have 4 bengals & use chick crumb from Mole valley farmers. It costs £7.25 for a 25kg bag which lasts a good 4 weeks. It doesn't smell, is not dusty & works well with both wee & solids. it does track on the carpet but I can put up with the extra cleaning as it's such good value & all my cats love it.

Re: litter

I would use wood or paper based ones just for kittens, cos they usually try and eat the stuff, grrrr , lol

Re: litter

hi

i also use wood pellets - tried most other but mine seem happiest with this one - i generally get mine in a big sack from pets at home....

not sure if theres a 'kitten only' one - never seen one - dont know if anyone else has any ideas about this???? id personally just stick to paper or wood for kittens.
