Re: Fao of multi cat owners

I don't agree with your dad. I've got 5 cats, they're all happy, healthy & have completely different personalities. They play with each other, all have their own fav places & all get plenty of love & attention, tailored to what each cat wants & needs. Some like cuddles, some want 1:1 playtime, some follow me like a shadow! You know you're own cats & what they want & need from you & it sounds to me you're doing great with yours. Don't let him knock your confidence with them

Re: Fao of multi cat owners

Multi cat households are unbelievably common. Only a few cats who don't like cats may not like being in those houses.

My two love each other & the fun they have chasing each other.

Re: Fao of multi cat owners

I get this on a weekly basis from my mother.

This weeks comment was "you think more about your cats than your children" .

Yes, this is why I wake each morning at 7am to dress, feed, give snacks, to the boys them walk them both 1 mile to school, walk again to get the youngest, then walk over again later to collect the eldest then back each day. (even though the 9 yr old could walk with friends).

This is why in September (full days for youngest) will sit in a freezing cold play-ground waiting on the 9 yr old as thhey finish 25mins apart.

Because I think of my cats!

Ignore him. Some people just "don't get it"!
