Re: infection in kits eye?

I suggest you may like to take the baby to the vet and get it looked at properly. Until you get an appointment, keep bathing with mild tepid saline as you have been doing. This needs to be done frequently - as often as you can. Every hour if possible at least so that there is no chance of build up and so that it is kept as clean as possible.

Hope you get a good answer soon and that the kitten gets well within a few days.

Definately a trip to the vets, sore eyes can make them very unwell and fill their little bodies full of infection.
