Re: funny sleeping places

Tilly just likes to sleep wherever is big enough for her to sprawl out; she likes to lie on her back with paws all over the place, it’s very cute. I have caught her sitting in our bookcase though on top of all my Harry Potter books, she had managed to push a load to the side so she had enough room to curl up. She also likes to sneak behind the drawers and climb into them through the back, you never know she’s in there until you open it up and find a cat instead of a pair of socks!

Re: funny sleeping places

i no its been awhile but Sheldon has jst chosen an awkward position to sleep in lol.

ive been ironin so there are coat hangers on the chair which sheldon likes to sleep on which has a blanket on to protect the fabric. the blanket is scrumpled into the corner the coat hangers are on the other side and the cushion is behind them.

of all the places to choose sheldon has decided to squish himself into the space. he is lyin on the blanket surrounded by the arm on one side, the cushion on the other and the coat hangers in front of him.

ha ha

Re: funny sleeping places

Cute. Hugo loves to sleep on my gigantic teddy bear. Or under the bed, or behind the cabnets.

Re: funny sleeping places

We have a table with a small open compartment in our hallway and Charlie likes to squash himself into that. (he's not exactly small either) I've also found him under my bed, or squished in the 2-3inches of space behind the gerbil cage, fast asleep lol.

Re: funny sleeping places

Mine just want to sleep on me. Not when I am awake - oh no - only when i am asleep

I have had them 2 weeks and they have figured out that climbing on my head and/or chewing my hair wakes me up, but they have discovered what they can get away with. I wake up and discover them asleep on my back and arms (I had no idea i was such a light sleeper)

Other than that they stick to their beds or fleece blankets

Re: funny sleeping places

The ironing board is still the most popular place in this house. We've now covered it with a fleece throw to stop some of the hair.

Bob will sleep in any bag left open long enough.

He's also now discovered the side of the bed frame... where the mattress is slightly smaller than the bed itself, and tends to be shifted over to one side, Bob will lay on the bare slats alongside the mattress.

Re: funny sleeping places

we have just moved house and my angel has begun sleeping on the ironing board too! I havent the heart to put it back in the utility room as she looks so content there , Jez has always loved sleeping in shoe boxes and so when we moved we packed his tatty shoe box (we had to tape it up as its nearly fallen appart), And harry sleeps on my 14 year old son's bed! they have a real bond! harry always waits at the window for him to come home from school!

Re: funny sleeping places

lily usually sleeps wherever I am sitting if I am home, or if I am busy she sleeps in the towel basket which is in a recess in my room under a nice hot sunny window. She also just sleeps on the sofa, or inbetween my pillows in my bed. She isn't really very moulty hair wise so I don't tend to mind...
