Re: Introducing a cat outised

hey guys, sorry for the late replies- no access to internet until today. You'll all be very happy to hear i have decided not to let him outside. Strangely, the thing that tipped it for me was the sad news that my neigbours cat had gone missing

I take that as a sign its not a good idea!

Thank you all once again for the advice.

Rupa

Rupa
My sisters cat went missing last week, so ive now decided to keep ollie indoors as well. Im going to try a harness for him and take out in my garden... Maybe you could do this also Oh and also, those who have experienced harness' have you found that taking them out on a harness is like teasing them with the big outdoors just to keep them indoors? or have they worked a treat allowing the best of both worlds with minimum risks! Any information/advice would be lovely
Good luck with everything rupa

Re: Introducing a cat outised

excellent news that u are both keeping your kitties in.
They can still enjoy the sunshine and the outdoors by getting them a small cat run - it doesnt have to be expensive and u can make it yourself by getting some metal mesh from the garden centre! Just make sure its secure
