seperateing two sisters

hi iam new to pets forum. and i was wandering wheather any one has any adivce. I had been feeding a stray cat, about 4 weeks ago the mum( minnie)
brought me two little black kittens 4 weeks old. i got them all in and the minnie came in everyday to feed them, i have weaned them and they have had just had there first jabs. i had the mum sprayed. Now i have a promblem, said i would give one away to my husbands sister. I really do not want to give her away, i am worried about the other one missing her, they do everthing together, and i am really attached to them both. They are now 11 weeks. any adice would be great.
