Cat Flu

We think Tango has cat flu
Her eyes both open at 1 week old but every since her left eye(my right) is closed over with really sticky horrible green stuff. I clean it every day but doesn’t make a difference. Pepsi doesn’t seem effected
Both came today of my bedroom and nearly fell down the stairs LOL

Re: Cat Flu

Could just be you need to clean them with some cottonball and tepid water from the kettle-sometimes they get like this-coz mum cleans bums then eyes and so it makes them icky and they can get infected-keep cleaning them and the other kittys eyes too-clean from outside in-in one clean sweep-and have a word with your vet for some eye creamIf one kitty's got an infection you have to assume the other/s have too and treat accordinglyWouldn't take it for catflu at this time

Re: Cat Flu

She is going to the vets anyway. Both kittens and mum for a check, just me being worried.

Re: Cat Flu

Thanks
I hate going to the vets with cats
Last time we went we had Carling put down
Poor baby got hit by a cat
He was a wild cat and we grow fond of him so we brought him off a farm. Pure black and all muscle, could open the doors to the house LOL But he got hit and survived but all his pelvis was shattered and his bladder had holes in.
