cat toilet seats!!!

Has anyone tried those toilet seats that sit over your loo???its a 3/4 stage training process that eventually has your kitty sitting over your loo, with no extra seat doing its buisiness!!i considered it,and kay73 and i were going to go in together to purchase one,i think its £40/50.bit i dont know how successful it could be in a multi cat household.

Re: cat toilet seats!!!

A guy who had two of our Bengals last year is trying it out for an eco magazine now - and he's thrilled with the result. The kitties are almost there and are taking a dump (she says delicately) on the toilet with just the rim of the litter tray showing, so their poo falls directly into the toilet.

I wonder how they get on with peeing though! There must be some directional problems, surely?!

Wish I could do it here. I spend all the time sorting out litter trays!

And in an even worse case if you have a mischevious cat and you come home to a toilet blockage with one of your cats being the blockage.... I can see the mischevious one now looking as if to say "he started it mum!"
