If the cost isn't an issue I would definatly give Orijen a try. For one cat it won't work out that expensive anyway and you'll probably find he eats less too because it's more digestable!

Thanks for that Ive worked it out and its not that expensive, £15.50 for 2.5kg and it would last me approx 45days, £15 a month on kitty food is a bargain i say, its only £3.50 a week. I'll have a gander at both Orijen and Royal Canin. Ill donate the 24 pouches of Whiskas given to me to the PDSA, i know it may be full of crap but im sure they can feed it to the hedgehogs or something lol.
