Re: opinion on scratch posts

Hya - when I saw the Siberians at the breeders where i got the kitten from they are not as big as the maine coon, the boys are maybe similar in size but the girls are alot smaller. Our coonie looked like a lion when I got back home, I have now realised how big Blondie is!!! eek: lol

None of my cats have reacted to cat nip, I assumed I introduced them to it a bit late in life. My new kittens aren't bothered for the cat nip toys either.

Mine seem to prefer toys that dangle and make noises. I had a very large scratch post four levels high it included two tunnels and dangly toys. Unfortunately as Jasper got older he didn't bother with and I gave it away - what a clot!

I bought a three tier one from PAH, its got toys that pull out of the posts (two of them) and a post containing three dangley soft pompom balls. It was only £29.99. They love it, but prefer to slide from the top of the settee on the throw
