this morning i was going down stairs and kitten was hiding sleeping i stept on him now she will not move only lay down and pant with a hard stomache i think it is internal bleeding

I would suggest taking it to the vets immediately if you think there's been serious damage done.

omg you must get kitty to the vet asap please dont let the poor thing suffer .let us know what they say. panting is a sign of distress .as said welcome x

This kitten needs URGENT vetrinary attention.

If you suspect internal bleeding then you should be calling your vet not wasting time posting on a forum.

This poor kitten sounds like they are in a LOT of pain.
