I was just wondering how many cats some of the users of petforums have.
I have 3, and would love to adopt more, I have room to home at least 3 more, but my partner doesn't think that it is a good idea at the moment to home more.
I don't think there is such a thing of having too many, lol but was wondering if ye could share some stories on the cats in your lives, and how many is too many! (if there is such a thing)

I have only had a maximum of two cats. I would love more but with the cost of pet insurance and decent food for them I can't afford more than two. I am getting two kittens at the end of this month after losing our two little boys in June and there is one remaining kitten in the litter who has yet to be rehomed and I was tempted to say I would have the three but hubby made me realise we can't afford the extra cost!

i have 4 cats at the minute but did have 13 at one point when i was a child

I currently have 2 of my own cats plus I am fostering a mum and 3 kittens for the RSPCA.

The most I have had in my home is 13 due to helping friends / family out plus RSPCA fosters and although it was a busy house I loved it!

I only have quite a small house but they all got on fine and quickly established who was having what space to call there own.

They were all also indoor only cats.

I think as a general rule as long as you can afford to care for the cats you own then there is no such thing as too many.

I had 4 until recently, when our old boy rehomed himself with a friend and neighbor because he didn't like the young cats, now we just have 3.

i have 1 and a half till the new kitten comes home. my opinion of too many is wen i cant give them all personal time and im sleepin on the floor as my bed had been taken over lol

If You Want The Best Seat In The House, You'll Have To Move The Cat

I have only one cat at the moment but I am thinking to get another one so they could keep each other company. My only concern is that if I have another cat I won't be traveling abroad with them, it would be too complicated. I go often to Italy and they will always have to stay at home while if I had one I could take him with me most of the time. o

I have 6 cats. 4 females and 2 males

The oldest is 6 and the youngest 2.

They all get along great. Even with the dogs
