My heart goes out to you, it's a horrible feeling. I really hope she comes home soon. Ratty disappeared, highly out of character, about two months ago, overnight for more than 24 hrs. Someone suggested putting clothes which still smelt of me and my partner outside on the patio and leaving them there, which I did. It may be coincidence, but Ratty crept back in an hour later or so. I guess it's worth a try. I was prepared to leave a pile of clothes out for days

I'm so sorry Lola is missing and I really hope the cat scream was nothing to do with her. It seems cats like to make their owners near on have a heart attack by disppearing, only to come back when they feel you are worried enough. I really hope you find her soon.
