help! Mouse in the house

We've just got back from a couple of days away, and one of my cats has brought me a pressy back, a live field mouse! In the time it took me to grab lottie away, the mouse has done a runner... I think it's under the sofa, but I'm not 100%

Any suggestions..... please?

Oh.. I should mention, the other half hates mice, but I'm not allowed to let the cats in to get the mouse...

Thanks in advance

Re: help! Mouse in the house

Yeah I was thinking along the same lines...

Personally I'd just let the cats in, but she who must be obeyed won't let me

Now... wonder if there are any 24 hour trap shops round here

Yes of course... otherwise I'd just let the cat finish what she started

Snap traps are better than the poison ones I don't think they are quick enough!
