Hey, unfortunatly we wasnt able to knock on some doors today as we was invited to my friends mothers for dinner, yum! and then we some trouble with a local idiot and had to call the police doh! but thats another story.

We are about to go for our midnight jog (jog as in jog to the end of the road, black out and crawl the rest of the way)

We will see if he's still there (hopefully he is as im missing him already )

I think me and my friend where both a little too hastey with the kitty, but im going to make sure i visit him daily and i bought some more cat treats to leave him.

As someone said he could just have many 'owners' or he could be infact a stray, but he seems like a happy stray. Ive already labeld him as 'my kitty' even if he isnt actually mine :P and i will come to visit him daily hehe.

But i will keep my eye out and try to find out if he is a stray or not, but it wouldnt suprise me if he isnt, he really is such a beautiful little kitty

Its quiet a nice area Just some places can be alil iffy, i moved from london tho which is a huge difference compared to this place. Its great other than the incident we had tonight with that idiot.

Anyway, i just got back, there was no sign of the kitty but . . . Low and behold we came across a stray dog, or what we think is a stray dog, we saw him trying to eat from a bin, and as you know dogs dont stay out on their own so it must be a stray. Unfortunately once we got near him he sprinted off, so this thread is now changing alil in direction. How would you go about befriending a stray dog? Im going to put food down tomorrow where i found him so the poor thing has some food.

Do you think calling the rspca would help? Just telling them i saw a stray probably wouldnt be enough for them to scout the area would it really?

Re: Advice needed asap please :)

Is your surname 'Doolittle' as in the film Animals seem to be drawn to you haha, IF your ever visiting my area can you stand at my house id love lots of new kittens haha.

As for the kitty Im sure he will be back. But thats one thing with cats....... they can disappear for a while and then return, infact one of my friends cats went for 6months and when she had replaced him...... he came back lol.

The dog...... If a stray will most likely be picked up by the dogs home at some point, and also...He will not stay in one area, he will follow someone 1mile with a hotdog, then follow someone a mile the other way with a burger etc etc and could be a long way from your house already. I wouldnt worry about him/her. But if you do see him, and he is friendly (be cautious) theres no harm giving him some bits of food.

Tell me about it lol, i will go bankrupt by the end of the week if i buy anymore cat/dog food for strays.

Me and my flat mate decided to go to a cat shelter today and we found 2 really beautiful kittys who dont want to be seperated, so as of thursday they are coming home with us ^__^ but i wont forget about my other kitty friend and im still on the look out for that stray dog.

I think putting a coller on with a barrell with a note inside is an excellent idea,if the cat belongs to someone they will contact you immediatly!
