Operation cease kitty evasive maneuvers *with pics*
Early this morning my DH took a trip to Homebase with the hopes of finding something to prevent another episode like last night (see my thread Worst afternoon of my life).
So he spent most of the morning in the heat erecting some fencing along the hedge that Charlie used in his great escape. Here are the results. Of course it is still suspervised jolly jaunts outside, but the advantage is now they can have access to our huge back garden instead of just the patio. Here are the results *notice Charlie sulking in most of the pictures* ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hate to burst your bubble, but beautiful as that is - by the time they are 6 months ish they will be over that like a shot - it needs to be at least 6 foot high and preferably with an overhang. Sorry. But good work hubby!

Re: Operation cease kitty evasive maneuvers *with pics*
Oops forgot about this thread. I didn't mean to ignore anyone.
Once they are six months old the temporary fencing shouldn't be needed. As they are 16 and 13 weeks old and still rather small I didn't want them gaining access to the front of the house. We live on a quiet road, but I am more worried with them being small and friendly someone taking them. Maybe I am overly paranoid. Hubby cut the hedge back so hopefully it should grow into the fence. Today they have prefered to stay in the fenced patio area.
