Sorry to disappoint, we live in an industrial town ... but we do live on the beach if that's a consolation

Love it, mine would lift her leg for a polo but never anything like that.
He was funny, he used to pick it up off the side in his stable and drop it in one of his water buckets, and watch it sink as the bubbles came up lol I used to worry that it would make him sick and frantically change his water, I'm sure he thought I was mad and was upset that I'd taken his toy away lol My fault for leaving it there, I finally learnt after the 4th or 5th time to keep it with me although he always looked for it, so I bought him a baby's toy one lol

I wouldn't dream of giving him up, although the phone trick wasn't his only one, he was also an escape artist with a "butter wouldn't melt look" lol

I agree with Shmitty though, at least she didn't just dump the cat or kick it out, now she has the chance of a loving home rather than just being yet another discarded kitty

Re: People returning their cats!

have to wonder if some people are completely sane at times!! the cat was just doing like any other cat would do, mine used to drive me mad knocking things over but i just laughed as i found it amusing - everytime i poured a glas of milk and told him he couldn`t have any he would proceed to knock it on the floor when i wasn`t looking as if to say 'well it`s on the floor now so you`re not gonna drink it' haha they`re so precious!

Re: People returning their cats!

My OH takes a glass of water or milk to bed and Sonic likes to play the game of when he is not looking im going to stick my head in the glass game every night. It got to be a battle of wills. Sonic would try always to get onto the bedside table.
Don't worry he had water downstairs and is not shy at even drinking out of the toilet when the mood takes him.

My friends cat does this, everytime she walks past with a glass of water, Smudge has to have some When their bathroom tap was broken it used to trickle water and Smudge used to drink from it all the time, since it has been fixed they now have to turn it on for her (she tells them off otherwise) and she will only drink running water and not from her bowl. They have since bought her a fountain lol

Shmitty stinks horrendously of SHMIT!! If you stroke him, he farts, if you talk to him, he farts, if he wants food, he farts, if he is in a small room with you, he farts. Not just a whiff, it's an absolute stench that knocks your head backwards and it doesn't fade away it's there for a good 5 breaths unless you can run away. It's so bad.
It's the initial reason I joined this forum, and it is a little better now, because before he stunk every minute of every hour of every day.

I'm sorry, shouldn't laugh! Sure it's not so funny when you have to live with it! Charcoal biscuit anyone?

Hope he doesn't do what dogs do i.e look all proud when he's left his 'fragrant' pressie!

Glad the forum helped you control it a little

No he's not proud. He doesn't even notice, I feel sorry for him because he wants some love and people have to get away from him quick. It really is that bad.
