Don't panic too much. Dexter had a murmur as a kitten, but when he went in for his snip at 6 months the vet said his heart perfect and was like a swiss watch. I think he meant healthy. But I've found it's actually gold plated and very expensive

I had a kitten of a similar age a few years ago with a bad heart murmur like this but sadly there was not a happy outcome despite spending about £800 for specialist scans etc, not that I had the money to spend

I hope your kitten will do better. You really will need specialised testing though to find out if there is any chance of surgery or treatment.

Thank you for posting that Ian,people panic when the heart is concerned but it is so common at this young age,you have seen my cats and know how healthy they are,Harley my big brown boy had a grade 2 at this age look at him now !!!
