Re: Some bad news : (

We must have been typing at the same time Midnight...

Oh dear, what a dilema I really don't know what I'd do - the heart says one thing and the head another

I'm surprised they didnt start him on medication already, Filou is on half a water tablet a day and 1 enalapril daily which is for heart murmurs ... unless he is too young to be put on them? He's only got the water tablets as his lungs filled with fluid a while ago so its just to be on the safe side.

I would possibly ask your vet about enalapril though.
Yes i will he's only 16 weeks old on Saturday Well i'll keep my fingers crossed and all my kittys will keep their paws crossed for you xx

That's what the vet said he may just cope with it for the rest of his life .. BUT then again he said he may not until they find the problem but i don't think i would like to live with the fact he maybe found dead somewhere because i didn't look into it .. i must say to you it is loud x

Re: Some bad news : (

Hi Kim
I was thinking of you today! Sorry it wasn't better news. It is a dilemma, but all I can say is that after losing Ted and Dusty last month I would pay anything to have them back, but at the end of the day you can only do what you can afford to do. Let us know what you decide.

Re: Some bad news : (

Hi Midnight

Did check at lunchtime to see if there was any news about Sweep. Its such a shame that the murmer is loud but i think you are doing the right thing getting him scanned. I'd be the same and b***er the cost.

Give him strokes from me - poor little chap.

Jo
