sonic collars
i did a quick search but couldn't find anything on this, so apologies if it's a repeat question.
Has anyone used the sonic collars for cats to stop them catching stuff as much?
both our cats are nightmares for the local birds and they've begun killing the good birds (they can kill pigeons and mice as much as they like but i draw the line at live blackbird pinkies and last nights live de-tailed thrush!).
they've got a bell on their collars but this blatantly needs to be a cow bell as they're too stealthy, i'm upping them to 3 bells at the same point on the collar in the hope that they will bang off each other and make more noise.
but if the sonic collars work this would be fab, don't want to drive my mogs crazy tho if they aren't as good as they 'sound' lol.
we were woken up at 5 am this morning with 4! local cats (not our 2, though they were probably there) hunting down what i can only assume was the rescued thrush from last night, with the blackbird family and a magpie calling alarms for everyone and dive bombing the attackers.
cheers
