Thomas came to me from the nursing home where i work he is 7 years old and set in his ways, he has been in the house for 5 days,but yesterday my stupid son left the door open now he's gone i called him all last night around the area and got up several times through the night to see if he had come in, but he hadn't he doesn't know us that well,i was intending to keep him in for a couple of weeks till he was used to us and his surroundings .. i ve been out today looking and have put lots of posters up around the area .. is there anything else i can do luckily hes wearing a collar with an id tag ...

well i hope he comes back but also cheak in sheads and nice worm places because when my cat used to run away he used to hide in this old ladys shead that lived near mine and she used to feed him so he didnt nead to come back so i had to ask her to stop feeding him im sure he will come back update me on if you find him because its so worrieing when they go missing so good luck

You sound as though you have done a lot...posters etc...I agree with the above post about checking sheds and places a cat could make a little bed while they are out.

Thanks everyone i had a call from a lady round the corner she thought she saw him in her garden late last night she said she will keep an eye out for him, i've just walked all round our area looking... i was thinking that Bluechip its quite away ( where i work ) could he possibly he able to get back there x

Yeah he may well go back cats are amazing theres storys where its taken cats a year or more but they some how find there way back.
