there are alot on ebay from uk sellers which post worldwide, worth considering?

EDIT: this appears to be the cheapest one available to turkey. £17.00 + £4.50 to Turkey item number 300319551165. ebay furminator

I got mine from Amazon - think they're pretty good. Always deliver quickly and never had a problem really.

The FURminator came via Vet UK as well so not direct from Amazon - ordered on Tuesday and arrived today
