Re: dose feliway for cat work please help

Hi, I have been using a plug in feliway to introduce my to cats to each other.
Obviously I dont have any scientific evidence but, yeah I think it works it has been just over a week since I got my 2nd cat and they are already very relaxed with each other.
I have it plugged in by my bedroom door and they are more drawn to that room than the others but that could be coz they want my bed lol No, I dont think it has any effects on us its been plugged in almost non stop for the last 12 days.
Hope this helps
ps what puppy have you got???

Hi,

I got two Feliway plug-ins and the spray just before my new adult rescue cat arrived two weeks ago. Again, I don't have any scientific evidence but Tigger settled in very quickly. He also had problems with spraying in the house which is why he was re-homed and we've not had a single instance of this since he's come to live with us.

I would def. put some of the success down to the Feliway creating a nice calm environment for him!

Re: dose feliway for cat work please help

we bought a plug in about 3 weeks ago but it hasnt seemed to have made any impact at all - in fact Syd seems more stressed than usual and won't even eat at the moment! (due to his prescription diet rather than the heat)

I think Cass likes it although i wouldn't say she is any calmer. I think it works for some cats more than others

Plugs don't seem to have worked for me, spray does work very well.
