Kittens came for a visit

Hi all, well prob not the orthodox thing to do but my two kittens came for a visit on saturday, they were here for 1 1/12 hrs. I thought it could be a test run to see how Sox the dog takes to them. Well as trial runs go this was a complete success, the boys were great with them, a little over fussy but gentle, and Sox welll I was amazed, she was so mothering toward them, kept finding them and watching their every move to make sure they were ok. And when one got behing her crate she was trying to nudge her back out with her nose, but very gently. I was gutted taking them back home, and Sox spent the best part of an hr looking for them, but she settled again. I can't wait to get them now, only another two weeks yay. xx lisa xx

Re: Kittens came for a visit

thats the best thing you could have done rather than get them and everyting go "tits" up and you find that you have to give them up

When i let the pups go i did this with one of them took them to there new house at 6 weeks to meet the other dog and make sure they all got on.

Well done and i'm so excited for you hope the 2 weeks fly by i have 8 weeks until my bengal comes home and its so dragging!
