I need some advice on my 8 month old kitten...

Hiya there, i've joined because I need any advice you can give me.

I have a kitten, 8 months old and a total sweetie, very hyper, but so cute.

She's been neutured, but the last 6 weeks or so, she's been struggling with some sort of virus. I took her to my local vets, the said she was running a temperature and had a bacterial infection so prescribed her 5 days with antibiotics.

Since coming off the tablets, she wont stop being sick. I dont think she's over eating at all, and is definately drinking and is still very playful. She's being sick about 2/3 times in a day.

Ive heard of cats having blockages which makes them sick after they eat, does this sound like this or is she eating too much? And should I take her back to the vets?

Any advice would be gratefully received x

I would take her back to the vets.

As an aside, if she had a virus then the anibiotics wont have any effect, as they only work on bacterial infections.

hope she feels better soon. Dont try to self diagnose, just get her seen by a professional.

I think you really need to take her back to the vet, they are the only people qualified to diagnose your baby.
Hope you get it sorted for her and she feels better v soon.

I echo what others have said and take her to the vets, with something like this you really need a professionals advice.

Good luck I hope kitty recovers soon
