Sex offender is an extremely loose term.

He got 4 years and served 2 years, came out Tuesday and was voted onto the red cream and tortie committee, I am so glad I've come out of Siamese if these are the kind of people voted onto committees.

Yes but think how many cat shows are at leisure centre's, and how many under 18 year old people go to shows, he will be on the sex offenders register.

You can't have people like that on the committee of a club, be it a cat club or any other type of club, whoever this is then they have to now be a registered sex offender and i wouldnt want my wife or children in the same hall as him, im sorry but sex offenders have no place in this society as far as im concerned, they are the scum of the earth.

I find the annoying thing is he will be protected for the rest of his life which is so wrong, the people of this country deserve to know if there is a sex offender living near them, never mind protectinghim what about protecting the women or children they prey upon.

I think it has certainly brought the GCCF into disrepute, and I personally think the people who have supported him should be ashamed of themselves, one of them is even a cat judge, what next, will he be on the stewarding scheme and later judging, it does make one think seriously of changing to Tica or Fife if this is the road the GCCF are going down.
