Re: Looking for a free kitten

Ive just got 2 kittens (moggies) and paid £40 each for them. The seller said the mother cat had got pregnant by accident as she was an indoor cat who had been let out by a careless visitor leaving the door open. She said she was charging that as amount as 'people who are prepared to pay are the ones who really want a kitten and have a good home for it'. They also wanted to see my house first to make sure it was going to a home, not a pet shop or worse. I didnt mind any of this, and thought the sellers were just doing their best for their kittens.
When I got them home, I took them to the vet for a check and he said they were underweight and hadn't been weaned properly! You never can tell, so it seems xx

Hey that's a good thing isn't it? Your donation won't be going into a private individuals pocket it will be going to help look after stray and poorly cats, which if you love cats you're not going to mind doing.
Also, the check they make of your home is just to make sure that it is a safe and loving environment that they are putting the cat into. It's a great idea and if you are opposed to it I do wonder why and what you don't want them to see or find out.
