Exclamation Friendly Cat chat & Advice

This Cat chat area is prepared to publish all views on any aspect of cat related issues. There are few rules by which we expect users to abide by so those that are stated here are important.

Please try to use descriptive subject headers on your posts. This helps people to decide whether to read your post or not and can increase your chances of getting help, if that is the nature of your post. For example 'Help please ' is not a very descriptive topic title. 'My Cat is clawing, please help' is a far better title.

Please do a little research on the forum before you consider posting. It may be that you are posting something which has already been discussed.

This forum does not mind or penalise debate. This means if you express an opinion on a particular subject it may be challenged. It is NOT against the rules of this forum for opinions to be challenged and in some instances for credibility to be questioned. Polite helpful people will politely help, offensive people will offend. We have a mix of views on this forum. However we do NOT tolerate offensive posts and or intimidation.

If you have a complaint about a particular post there is a 'report post' function for registered members to use, it is situated on the top right hand corner of each post.

Please respect ALL members and staff.

There will often be a wide range of opinions on any given topic. While there are often wrong answers, there is rarely a single right answer, you are not expected to agree with every post on the site.
However you must respect the opinions of other members. Intelligent and courteous posts are welcome and encouraged. Pointless bickering is not tolerated. If you disagree with any posted information, post your alternative suggestion and let the matter drop. If someone tries to goad you into an argument, be the bigger person and find another thread to read and / or contribute to.

Members who cannot adhere to this will be given infractionsThe purpose of this site is to provide a friendly, helpful environment in which members can seek advice and suggestions about anything and everything related to their pets.

Any Problems regarding such matters, please contact a Moderator

Regards
