Re: insurance

I've chosen Argos cat insurance, quite cheap with good cover

Re: insurance

With 4 cats we did not bother with insurance

But when 6 weeks ago our Rocco broke his back leg
If came as a bit of a shock to get a bill for 2,600 pounds

Worse still is the ongoing treatment to fight the infection he got in the wound

The cost has risen to over 3,000 now and the end is still not in sight

But on the other hand if I did pay out for the insurance
It would have been more than the vet’s bill so far

So take your chances and save up the money in the bank and pay out when needed and if it is not needed
GO ON A NICE HOLIDAY INSTEAD

Andy

Re: insurance

i have always had my pets insured i also used pet plan for about 5 years but my premiums just kept going up and up (with no major claims taken ) when i asked them about it i was told it was because vets prices had gone up plus the cost of office admin etc ... plus they also mentined that the special introduction rates where just as the banking advert says are the worm on the hook just to real you in when they have you they chuck you in the keep net

i made a choice to move to argos the policy in fact was better than the one at pet plan.. i have been with argos coming up to 3 years and yes there prices have gone up and up too

i think insurance companies have us pet lovers just were they want us

Re: insurance

Try Greenbee!!
One of the companies you have stated you need to avoid like the plaque - check some reviews and you'll soon see who!!! don't know it I can slag em off legally !!!

Re: insurance

I would not be without my insurance.

Were with Sainsbury's, but changed to Tesco best and they have been fantastic so far
