Cattery Help
I am going camping (yes, camping
) in August to the Isle of Wight and sadly I cannot take my beloved Waffles. My Dad lives five minutes up the road but I have made the decision to find her a cattery. I don't like the idea of her sitting in the house all alone bar a couple of hours/minutes each day without company. So... I am going to find her a cattery and I am very nervous about the whole situation. Does anybody know of any good catteries in Kent? South East? What should I look for? Price range? What Qs should I ask??? Thanks ![]() |

Re: Cattery Help
I would rather leave her at home in her own surroundings and get your Dad to call in and look after her she will be fine. I often looked after my neighbours four cats while they were away sometimes for up to 4 weeks at a time and they said they were happier that they didn't go in a cattery. I used to put the radio on i the house to keep them company when i wasn't there.

I have found some nice looking ones just randomly looking on line but I will have to visit a few of them too ![]() It is an odd feeling knowing that I will be leaving her behind! I just hope that she doesn't think I have abandoned her that thought really upsets me ![]() |
