whats testing on animals got to do with it, some people agree some dont its just your opinion. Id rather we find drugs that help us and they have to some how.

a lot of people don't like iams because they test on animals and this is why i don't use it, but it is a recommended cat food for cats as it is better than wiskers, felix, and so on, it is the persons choice, and a person should be a loud to have a choice, with out people putting them down.

I cannot stand the idea of animal testing and try to avoid it where I can. However, I have very very bad asthma which means that I have to take all kinds of medicines (I had nine asthma attacks in one month last summer) and without animal testing I don't know what state I would be in because I am sure that my medicine has been tested at some point.

And then I think but why do these animals have to suffer just so that I can feel better... it is a moral dilemma.

sorry everyone but im going to stand my ground at the end of the day your posts are nasty and untrue just because we feed iams dosent mean we support it its just our choice that we want to feed that food as its a good food.

I agree with you. Ive fed my cats Iams for years and i think it's a great cat food/mix. No i do not agree with people testing on animals...i would much prefer they tested on criminals but i cant see me ever getting my way on that.
The fact remains, as has already been stated....most of our medicines are also tested on animals...and im no hypocrit, if i or any of my loved ones had a serious illness and there was a drug/medicine available then i would want it regardless. At the end of the day i believe Iams to be a good food in itself.
