Re: Cat Driving Me Mad!

I mistakenly thought that having a cat with one front leg would prevent these kind of things happening but she has managed to perfect the art of sitting up on her back legs like a meercat and still ripping things to shreds....lastly a lovely bunch of tulips that DH bought me!!!!

So I sympathise, really I do!!!!!

Re: Cat Driving Me Mad!

If the sticky tape stops being a deterrent, you could invest in a scat mat. They come in different sizes are battery operated and give off an adjustable mild electric shock when stood on. My friend has one by her front door, incase it ever gets left open, to stop her indoor cats running out as they live on a main road. They only have to stand on it once (and it doesn't hurt them, its just an unpleasant feeling) to know, and never go near it again.
