Ahhh she does look like little spirit but my cat (still cant think of a name, am thinking Gypsy but hubby isn't impressed lol) was a white chest and paws!

She slept on my bed all last night and is up there now... we have fresh water nad food down and her litter tray but she hasn't eaten, drunk or pooped yet i'm hoping she will be fine.

When I first got Waffles she didn't poop for four days! I think I read somewhere that they will use their litter tray when they are settled in properly. Keep showing her the food and water.

Thanks for that i was starting to get worried about her not pooping. The people we got her from were feeding her tuna so today i gave her some fish (containing worming syrup) and she gobbled it down and hubby managed to get her to have a couple of licks of water from his hands so hurrahhhh!!!!!!

I then petted her for a bit and put her in her litter tray and she wee'd i was so proud!

I think she is going to be just fine thank goodness, although i think i may be allergic to her now thats never gonna stop me giving her cuddles tho lol.

Re: New kitty cat!!!

I reacted to Misha when I got him (from similar background) and I found out it was just he was so filthy, his coat was full of mites and fleas and some really tiny bitey bugs that you couldn't see without a microscope... one flea shampoo and soggy kitty later he was a lot more comfy without livestock and we no longer sneezed or itched around him

also poor condition and hygene leads to more dander/skin irritation which could make you uncomfortable too

hehehe that is good For the first few days I was following Waffles about with a poopascoop sure that she would have an 'accident' lol

I don't know if anybody told you but cats tend to drink less water if they are on wet food. when I put wet food down for Waffles she hardly touches her water bowl so as long as your little one knows where its bowl is then you should be ok
