Re: Kitten troubles - 8 weeks old

Thanks!

Good news, took her to the vet and he gave her a spot on which should kill all the horrid little things by tomorrow morning.

She doesn't like us very much after we took her for the first time in a pet carrier, kept meowing

She will hate us next week, when not only do we take her in a pet carrier but she gets her injections done lol

Re: Kitten troubles - 8 weeks old

Aww poor thing. I would get flea spray for the furniture and her bed and your carpets as they ley eggs everywhere. Jenson came to me with flea's and I kept spraying everything about every 3/4 days for a couple of weeks (make sure you have the windows open) and once they went they have not come back. He's now been 3 months without them.

As for taking her to the vets, I left Jenson's carrier out for about 3 months with a compfy fleece in that he had had from his 1st house so it was a smell he recognised. If you can't do that, you could play with her in front of it, and encourage her to go in with her favourite toys, you could also leave the odd treat in it so there isn't just the association of somthing that takes her to the vets.

Good luck xxx
