They are not the sole problem of cat breeders. (I was a raciong driver for 35 years until diabetes caused me to lose my licence. Those nice people at the Motor Sports Association can't be bothered to understand the differentiation between Type 2 and Type 1 diabetes so give you a blanket ban! Sorry, must get off my soap box!)

I used to sell my toys when I wanted a change. You should try selling those sort of cars! Time wasters all over the shop, tyre kickers etc.
Builders also fall into this character area. try asking a builder for a quote. Ring 3 or 4 and you are lucky if one comes around.

I agree with what everyone else has said.

Time wasters should be put up against a wall and shot !!!!!
