Grr i am really annoyed with someone that i work with.
I have been really exited about getting Buffy, and i was speaking to my co-worker, and she started saying how stupid it was to buy a kitten when there are loads in shelters, and how expensive vets fees are etc.

I was so angry (although i didnt argue with her, its not worth it), but i got really defensive with her.

Its like number one me and my partner have the money, we both have good jobs and its our money we can do what we like with it, we dont smoke drink, go out loads, we are more stay at home with the family kind of people so why cant i spend MY OWN money on an something that will be a part of our family.

Also of course i know how much vets are, i have done my research, and again we can afford vets fees, food everything.

See i got so upset cause she just went on and on, until i just walked away. and i felt stupid for justifying myself about buying a cat grrr

How rude!!! Of course it's up to you how you spend your money, maybe she should be thinking that you taking on a little kitten is one less in the shelters. Just ignore it, you don't have to justify how you spend your own money to anyone. x x

aww thank you, thats how i felt afterwards, i was nearly in tears, i dont know why i let some people bother me so much, need to learn how to ignore them.
