What to do with Kitty on X-Mas day?

Hi

Just wondering what you all do with your fur babies on x-mas day? Mikey is 13weeks now and I will be going to my folks for x-mas day - likely be out from 10.30ish to maybe the small hours of next day. I was originally planning to take him along, but then I thought he might be a little stressed out with all the hustle and bustle going on plus 7 adults and 2 kids for dinner. I'm wondering should he be ok to take with me or would I be better leaving him with enough food etc till i get home? (he's used to being alone for at least 8 hours a day while i'm at work). any advise would be good. xxx

Re: What to do with Kitty on X-Mas day?

Alfie & Lola are only 11 months old so this is their 1st Christmas too..

I'm taking them round to my parents with me.. as we are having dinner there and stopping over the night.. but my 2 are used to going to my parents quite alot and see it as their 2nd home..

I couldnt leave them at home when there is going to be so much wrapping paper and boxes to play with at my Mums! LOL

With the house situation, I live in a flat and my parents live in a 6 bed house.. they love it.. especialy the staircase.. it's a novelty for an apartment cat! LOL

I would love to take my two with us but Dee is really timid and while I think Sam would love it I just don't know if Dee would cope. Then if we took Sam and not Dee I think she would miss him...

hehe - when you put it like that am sure mikey will luv the wrapping paper and all the fun also my folks have a massive 7ft tree compared to my wee 3ft one, he'll have a ball. I was really just looking for reassurance. Thanks

You can either load to somewhere like photobucket and paste the image tag link for the picture straight into a post, or when you are making a post, at the top of the box you are typing in, there is a picture of a paperclip, click this and it will open a new window, where you can browse for pics on your computer to attach
