Re: A new 60% meat cat food from Tesco?!
They made it in pouches too, in Poultry and Fish varieties. My poor cat suffered terribly from food allergies for 5 years, we nearly lost him because it was so bad, then we found this, the Poultry type, and he has been eating it for 2 years with NO allergies. Almost an instant cure. Marvellous.
Until 26th January this year when they discontinued the pouches..... been on the phone to Tesco but no joy. Does anyone have any idea what I could try him with that is meat based please that may have similar ingredients? |

Re: A new 60% meat cat food from Tesco?!
I contacted Tesco last week about the just nature range and I have been told it has been discontinued. I too have a cat who was getting diarrhoea from most brands and refusing the others. Since starting on these pouches ( even though probably not the most nutritious) his diarrhoea has stopped and he has gained 1.5Kg in weight.
On the plus side, I did some detective work myself..........the factory code on the tescos just nature pouches matches the same factory code that makes sainsburys perfectly fishy/ perfectly meaty range. Same ingredients are listed as on the tesco pouches but doesn't claim to be wheat or dairy free ( but no cereals listed). Have tried them on my boy who likes the chicken and fish varieties including the pates. Another one he likes is animonda integra sensitive with turkey and rice. Also, tesco have said that if enough people contact them about the just nature range, they may bring it back....... |
