i'm guessing it varies between locations, but our local one is really good. they were very good with our old dog, and have been dead helpful with the little kitten that's adopted me!

When I first got Oscar he was registered there and I had to take him for his vacs there cos they were prepaid, they seemed cheap! I don't use them now and wonder if they use that on call service that is mega expensive?? Can't remember the name??

they are actually used by many rescues for their fosters as they are very well priced

I found them to be the worst vets ever, its a very long story but i wouldn't touch them with a barge poll x

I've heard more bad stories about them than I have positive ones. I personally wouldn't touch them any length of barge-pole.

But that is only my opinion.....

I have only heard good things about Vets4Pets. Care4Pets seems to be great value. Also just want to correct the posting from Fire-Siamesekitty, I remember watching the Panarama programme and it was about Medivet not Vets4Pets. If you click on the link you provided it gives the details.

It's always going to be down to the individuals anyway. Not all staff in Medivet (or any other chain) will be bad just as they won't all be good either. Problem is you'll never know what goes on behind the scenes. The owners in the featured cases on Panorama thought they had wonderful vets until they were exposed because they knew how to press the right buttons front of house.
