has anyone ever had that feeling where u feeling like u are coming to terms with the lose of you cat and then you see a picture and it sets you off again?

i know its only been a week and 2 days but ive never been through this before. its heart breaking. i miss this little face.

Awwwwwww its horrible isnt it, i still look at pictures of my lost dogs and cry buckets, its what makes us human, it will get easier but it will never go away

Awww, (((hugs))) from all of us here. It's so hard when you lose them. I'm still not over our 3 babies who went too soon . It gets easier, but it does take a long time sometimes.

I don't remember seeing a thread about Mungo--what happened?

We have a digital photo frame, and it is sad when photos come up of the pets we lost. It gets easier in time when you can remember the happy times and memories.

Lives with a wonderful husband, 2 adorable rescue kitties Harry and Sabrina, and a flock of pampered pet chickens.

she was 15 and had starts of kidney failure along with suspected bowel cancer, so to help these it would make her nasal problem worse. so it was decided it would be best for her to be pts.

she is my first cat ive lost, ive had her around 10 years so its weird for her not to around as we have had her so long.

Its been 7 days and 7 hours since I lost my 18.5yr old Persian, Oscar. He had had some ill health over the last few months but I was completely unprepared for having to make "that decision" last Monday. I'm still in a daze and am not eating properly.

I was doing OK until yesterday when i cooked a chicken of all things!? Whenever I cooked one it was always our thing to sit and share the wings whilst they were still hot

I still expect to see him curled up on sofa, or following me to the fridge who knows maybe he is.

My heart and hugs go out to you xx

The hurt gets easier but never totally goes away. I still get sad when I think of the babies who are now at the bridge even though, for some, it has been many years since we were together.
