Smile What are your cats obsessed with?

I ask this because no matter how many nice toys i buy Maisie she always goes back to playing with the lids from antibacterial hand gel!
She goes bonkers everytime she hears one and she hits them around the house for ages! Shes even gets me and my boyfriend to play fetch with them..
Her new game is taking them into the bath tub and hitting them around in there lol
Just the other day i found about 6 under the bed and she went mad didnt know what to do with them all
So what things do your kittys go mad for?

Folded up crisp packets and those plasticy wine corks. Spent a fortune on toys, but loses interest after a while and sits by the bed til you get the crisp packets out that have been knocked under - on purpose sometimes. Georgie plays fetch with them too,she goes crazy.

Ear plugs! In a big way! My OH sleeps in ear plugs and our two literally scratch at the bedroom door to get in and steal them from his bedside drawers. They then spend many a happy hour patting them round the house.

I have a flip flop fridge magnet that Amber is obsessed with. She will grab it and run at every opportunity possible

Re: What are your cats obsessed with?

Jazz is OBSESSED with a pull cord from an old hoodie of mine, his kitten scratching post (yes, it's ancient!) on the landing, and a piece of see-through material from the haberdashery.

The cloth is draped around the scratching post, and whenever he hears anyone coming upstairs, he grabs the cord, runs to the scratching post, rolls around a bit for good effect, then looks appealingly for someone to play with him. You literally cannot go upstairs without being roped into a game of Catch The Cord Around The Scratching Post.

He LOVES this game, and would honestly play it all day if he could.

Re: What are your cats obsessed with?

Other than peeing on our bed (sorry, bit grouchy today as one of them did this this morning ), Basil is obsessed with anything pen or tube shaped while Sybil loves anything fluffy - so cute watching her carry around fluffy things like they're her kittens!
