Sheldon's chip is with Identichip and it took about 3weeks to get his confirmation.
I wouldnt worry too much if its not here still in another week I would make some phone calls

Yes i made sure it was petlog there chips were registered with as i wanted to make sure she was registered on the main database. I guess maybe the vet didn't send the forms straight off. I bet it does arrive tomorrow now! lol

It took about four weeks before I got Seb's from Petlog. Their customer services are really friendly and helpful I called them to add my OH phone number.
