Personally, I would never consider it, as I don't speak or read Russian and would have no way of telling whether the documents provided were legitimate, or even genuine.
Moreover, I would have to get each and every document translated by a sworn translator, who needs to have adequate knowledge about cat breeding to make translation that even makes sense.
I used to work as a sworn translator, myself, and being proficient in both languages is only the very beginning of producing a translation. A thorough knowledge and understanding of the subject matter is essential.
And even if you get translations of all the documents provided, you still have no proof of their validity, unless the original documents have been authenticated by the organisation responsible.
You will really have to get lots of information about how to find - and recognize - a good breeder, the national breeding rules and specificaions, which will all be a real hassle if you don't spak the language.
